How did our mule end up on the riding school muck heap?

We have asked Jo to search Chelmsford for answers...

Jo says that no other member of staff was driving when this happened and that we would not expect to normally find the mule in this position. She added that in her experience it can be confusing after a period of poo picking in the field to tell the difference between the accelerator and the brake. We agree Jo .. very confusing.

The mule is not like a horse in that it has a forward and reverse gear as well as a brake and accelerator. Horses of course only have a forward gear and accelerator when riding - that is of course unless the rider has had some lessons.
